Mechanical work for connection of lines to the new RTO2 unit at the bioethanol plant for ALCO ENERGY ROTTERDAM B.V.

Civil works

Electrical work consisting of electrical connection and linking up of the new unit from the existing MCC.

Instrumentation work for the correct functioning of the equipment consisting of installing the PT, FSL, LEL: flowmeters and motorized valves.

Project: Piping and structures for a new phosphoric acid tank.

Installation of piping to 6 pumps from the existing and the new tank, including 6 flow measuring sets and sampling points.

Project: Pipe and structures for a new phosphoric acid tank. Installation of pipe to 6 pumps from existing and new tanks, including 6 sets of flow measurement and sampling points. 

Design, installation and start-up of a fire-fighting system using hand-held lances in the refinery sphere park.
